Grantmaking Opportunities

Featured Organizations and Funds

CCF holds a lot of relationships with the parishes, schools, and nonprofits in our community. Through these relationships, we learn about their greatest needs and new initiatives.

And we hold a lot of relationships with donors like you. Perhaps you’re looking to begin supporting a charity meeting a specific need. Perhaps you hope to help an organization reach their fundraising goal to begin a new project. Our hope is that by highlighting some of these grantmaking opportunities, we can connect the dots between needs and resources.
