Catholic School Capacity Building Grant Application

The goal of CCF’s Catholic School Capacity Building Grants is to remove barriers to your school’s enrollment growth and/or add to your vitality in the following categories:

  • Assistance with enrollment development, including marketing and communications investments such as website enhancement, school signage, printed collateral, designers, social media enhancement, etc.
  • Fund development initiatives such as contract help for research, fundraising, and data entry, financial assistance with events, major gift appeals and/or direct mail campaigns.
  • Technology infrastructure including software, online services, whiteboards, 1:1 devices, and associated technical support and training.
  • Small capital improvements to facilities including repairs, upgrades in efficiency and safety, painting, landscaping, and the like.

This is a competitive grant application.  As part of the evaluation of your proposal, CCF staff or Grants Committee members may request a site visit. Funding decisions will be based on financial need of the school, the number of previous Catholic School Capacity Building Grants received, whether the project fits the guidelines above, and how pressing the need is.

FY26 DEADLINE: Friday, April 24, 2026
