Grantmaking Snapshot

CCF distributed a record $45M in grants to 1,201 nonprofits in fiscal year 2025. The number of grants totaled 4,630. The vast majority — 96 percent — were donor-directed, while the remaining 4 percent were directed by CCF. Eighty-four percent of grant dollars stayed in Minnesota, while 16 percent was distributed outside Minnesota. Seventy percent of grants went to Catholic nonprofits and institutions, and another three percent went to other faith-based organizations. CCF has distributed $333M since 1992.
